I have extended the contest by a month. I realise that starting a contest around such a busy season would impact on the participation. Half a month has gone, and I only have two entries. Therefor. The finishing date is no longer January 1st, but February 1st. Nothing else has changed.

EDIT: I have forgotten to mention it before. Ampares can also be drawn in anthro (antropomorphic) form which is for those who don't know, numan form with animal characteristics. I have placed anthro pictures of her on the bottom of the designated page (see below for the link).

I was askad this rather a lot - You MAY, if you wish, enter more than once but only one of your entries will be judged. Just to be fair to those people who just don't have time to produce mre than one entry. It is up to you which entry you will select for final judging. If you enter more than once, and you don't notify me about which entry Sarah and I are to judge, we will judge your most recent entry by default.

Oh, yes. And Sarah () has agreed to judge the contest with me, so prepare for some tough eye xD

Sabina is starting a contest. A themed contest. I thought since Chrismas is around the corner, it would be stupid to exclude it. So the theme is Christmas. Or winter in any case.

Now, I understand that people's preception of Christmas differs. SOme look at it in a religious way, in celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, and some people go with the Santa Clause and the gift of sharing. I'm fine with anything. In fact, I appreciate the original inputs. You may well make your entry a tribute to God, or simply a Christmas Card like image.

But.

Yes, there's a but xD.

It must contain Ampares. There. I said it. It must contain my favourite of all my characters.

Mind you, though all of her images are placed on NeoPets, she is not necessarily a lupe. She is just my wolfy character with a Winter theme. Please observe her markings well if you want to enter. While a mistake will not impact negatively on my judging, it's just sometimes a bit disapointing.

Now. The most exciting part. Prizes.

Alright. Since no one particularly likes my drawing skills, artwork prizes would not attract a lot of entries. And I want a lot. So I pulled my funds together.

Yes. For those who are subscripted, you all know the sheer pleasure of ad-less browsing, large thumbnails, and the new features - I will prolong that pleasure for a year.
For those who are not subscripted - you're missing out. Subscription DeviantART is something I can no longer live without. It's FANTASTIC. Take mny word for it. You can bludge a YEAR of it xD Sounds fun?

Now. There is also one more thing I want to award, for those that don't feel confident in drawing, but want to bludge a subscription anyway xD
